We offer an online reservation and digital medical questionnaire system that supports multiple languages. To ensure a smooth visit and minimize waiting times, please book an appointment and fill out the questionnaire in your preferred language before coming to the clinic.

We welcome both patients with Japanese public health insurance and patients paying out-of-pocket (self-pay / travel insurance users).
